Paul, Thank you for getting the report to me so promptly, I really appreciate it.
I am supposed to sign a agreement to place my existing property on the market tomorrow. However, based on your observations I am going to hold off on doing that until I see your final report. It looks as if 41 Betsy may need substantially more work than I anticipated. If you can get me the completed report before the close of business tomorrow it would be helpful.
The gentleman who was there for the termite/ant inspection pointed out some carpenter ant activity. Is this something to be concerned about? I did not see his report in the attached E-mail.

I enjoyed your Home Inspection at 101 Village Way today-nice job. Your demeanor isn't frightening and older people frighten easily.
I also appreciated the way you handled the older couple across the way with their garage door problem. I wanted to stay till it was done but had to get to Valley Forge by noon. There is a old expression that I use all the time, "No Good Deed Goes Unpunished." I noticed your nice white sweater caught some grease in the front and want to pay you for getting it cleaned. You went above and beyond with those older couple. I only hope someone does the same for us some day.

I am writing this letter with great pleasure to give my recommendations to any and all perspective home purchasers, new or existing to the area. Paul Hollup definitely went above and beyond his role as a home inspector. Paul and his associates he coordinates are wonderful, words simple do not say enough.
My home inspection would have been a disaster if it was not for Paul's compassion and professionalism. The well for my water was not complete when I was assured it would be. Paul and the Termite Inspector looked and tried endlessly to figure out why there was no running water in the house. Come to find out the well was not completed as stated.
Needless to say I was upset. Paul and the Termite Inspector noticed my displeasure and asked if I would like to have some lunch. After Paul finished what he could on the inspection and assured me that at no extra cost he would come back to finish the inspection. I find this to be a great asset. Most people would have charged an additional fee for returning to a job and would have not cared about my mishaps.
In closing, Paul Hollup coordinated the Termite, Septic Inspection, Radon and home Inspection. Paul Hollup is a credit to himself, ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors) and the state of Pennsylvania. I for one will recommend H&H Home Inspections to all that are in a need of a home Inspector.
